We are excited to launch the first Jencap Edge Awards — a prestigious honor designed to recognize and celebrate employees who exemplify the core values that define our unique culture and drive our success.
Twice a year, in November and May, we will recognize up to 10 exceptional Jencap employees who go above and beyond in demonstrating the values that define who we are and how we succeed:

We believe in collaboration over competition. This award will recognize individuals who contribute to a seamless, one-stop experience for our retail agents by leveraging the full strength of our collective expertise and working together as one unified team.

WHO CAN BE NOMINATED?
- Any Jencap employee with at least one full year of service is eligible. Nominations will be accepted from October 12 through October 21.
- There is no limit to the number of deserving colleagues you can recognize; we simply ask that you nominate each individual only once. The Senior Executive Leadership Team will review all submissions and select this year’s recipients.
- Nominations should include examples of collaboration, service, and overall excellence that help drive the success of our organization.

Winners will be announced in early November and celebrated for their outstanding contributions to our company culture and success. Each award recipient will receive $2,500, along with an exclusive opportunity to connect with our executive leadership team.
